AI Governance Researcher & Builder

I study where AI policy breaks,
then build the tools that fix it.

I'm an engineer and ecosystem builder working at the intersection of AI governance research and applied engineering. My research looks at regulatory gaps in offshore AI compute infrastructure, generative AI in healthcare policy, and forecasting tools for national AI strategy. My entrepreneurial path has been an interesting one too, and it's taken me to places I didn't expect.
